I offer a safe, confidential space to explore meaning, identity, and choice. As a registered mental health nurse and integrative therapist, I provide trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming support for adults and young people.
"I see therapy as a space to explore meaning, identity, choice, and responsibility, particularly during times of uncertainty, distress, or transition."
I work integratively with a person-centred foundation, informed by existential, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives. Our work is collaborative and shaped by what matters most to you. I aim to offer a respectful, containing therapeutic relationship where you can reflect on your experiences, notice patterns, and consider how your history, current circumstances, and sense of direction influence the way you live your life.
I work at a pace that supports emotional safety and attunement, with sensitivity to how trauma, difference, and lived experience can shape our capacity to engage honestly with ourselves and others. Within this space, we can look at where life may feel chaotic, stuck, or overwhelming, and where values, structure, and conscious choice might restore a sense of orientation.
Alongside my counselling training, I have six years’ experience as a registered mental health nurse. This background supports me to work thoughtfully with complexity, risk, and safeguarding, while remaining grounded in ethical, relational practice.
My experience includes work in a private substance misuse and rehabilitation clinic, supporting students with neurodiversity and disabilities in higher education, and working as a school counsellor in a specialist SEN setting.
I support adolescents, young people, older adults, and trainee therapists facing a variety of complex mental health and life challenges.

I offer a complimentary 20–30 minute telephone or video consultation to explore what you are seeking from therapy, outline how I work, and consider whether we would be a suitable fit. If appropriate, you may then choose to arrange an initial face-to-face session.
Some individuals prefer to use up to four initial consultations as a space for focused reflection and formulation before committing to ongoing therapy. Where I feel another practitioner may be better suited to your needs, I will always honestly suggest alternative options.
